Born from the jujube blossom

Sidr honey begins with the small flowers of the wild jujube tree. In Morocco’s mountain valleys, a short flowering season and dry climate create a concentrated harvest.

How it tastes

Dense texture, deep amber colour, notes of caramel and dried fruit. Great with bread, amlou, yoghurt or unsweetened tea.

Natural crystallisation is not a flaw. Keep the jar closed, dry and cool. Always compare price per gram.
