What to ask the seller?

Ask: floral origin (sidr? daghmous? thyme?), region (Souss? Atlas?), raw and unheated? Request traceability documents for premium honey.

Clear label with weight and origin, sensible price per variety, a seller who answers questions. Morocco’s ONSSA tightens controls — buy from a known source.
